Policies
We at MUTTNAKED provide a high-quality service and want to create the best experience for everyone.
Here are the policies you should be aware of when scheduling your MUTT for a grooming session with us:
A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an appointment.
Upon booking, if your deposit is not sent within a few hours your slot will be given to the next customer.
Deposit can only be used to reschedule an appointment ONCE. You must reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Appointments MUST be confirmed a day in advance.
Appointments will be CANCELLED and LOSS of deposit if there is no response.
Any sign of FLEAS on your MUTT will result in an AUTOMATIC $20 FLEA DIP . If TICKS are found, your MUTT will be sent home and can be rescheduled when there are no more ticks present.
For MOBILE SERVICES , please be mindful that traffic may cause groomer to arrive late.
For GROOMING SPA , each appointment must arrive at the scheduled time. A 15 minute grace period is given, after those 15 minutes your depost will be LOST and your appointment will be CANCELLED.
